Welcome to my space on the internet, where I get to share my journey with you all. As many of you know, I’m the proud founder of Hermioni by Ms Lex, a brand born out of passion and perseverance. Beyond that, I also navigate the fast-paced world of the fashion industry as an Operations Manager, overseeing multiple sites, all while being a dedicated mum. Balancing these roles can be quite the challenge, but I find it immensely rewarding.

Finding balance in this hustle can truly be an art. Each day presents its own unique set of challenges. Whether it’s dealing with product delays, manufacturing hiccups, or the creative process of designing and storytelling, every experience teaches me something new. I’ve learned to be patient with both myself and Hermioni. Time plays a significant role in enjoying the process, and I embrace the ups and downs that come along the way.

As I juggle my full-time role and my small business, I continually assess where I excel and where I might need a little help. There’s strength in recognising our weaknesses, and every step of the journey offers learning opportunities that I cherish deeply. While my marketing efforts are substantial, it’s the heart I pour into every creation that I believe truly resonates with my customers. Each garment tells a story and reflects my commitment to quality and creativity.

Running a small business single-handedly is no small feat, but with time and effort, I’m building something special. I appreciate every moment spent on this path, whether it’s designing new pieces, connecting with customers, or simply enjoying my children’s laughter after a long day.
